2. Subscription Packages:
– All subscription packages are subjected to 4 week cycle and due for renewal according to that.
– Vehicle swap is not permitted. Service providers are not authorized to perform service on vehicle not registered with Genie Waterless Carwash.

3. Payment:
– Payment is due at booking of service.
– We accept cash and mobile payments.
– Prices are subject to change without prior notice.

4. Customer Responsibilities:
– Inform about any treatments such as coatings and wraps during service booking.
– Inform our staff of any pre-existing damages to your vehicle.
– Ensure that your vehicle is in a condition suitable for washing (e.g., windows closed, convertible tops secured).

5. Liability:
– We are not responsible for any pre-existing damage to the vehicle.
– We are not liable for any damage caused by the failure to remove personal items or secure the vehicle properly.
– We are not responsible for mechanical or electrical failures that occur during or after the service.

6. Damage and Claims:
– Any claims for damage must be made within 1 hour after the service is completed.
– Detailed pictures should be sent, claims inspector will be sent to inspect and resolve the issue.

7. Satisfaction Guarantee:
– If you are not satisfied with the service, please inform us immediately so we can address the issue.
– We will re-clean any area of the vehicle that does not meet your expectations.

8. Cancellation and Rescheduling:
– Please provide at least 48 hours’ notice for cancellations or rescheduling.
– We reserve the right to charge a cancellation fee for no-shows or late cancellations.

9. Changes to Terms and Conditions:
– We reserve the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time.
– Any changes will be posted on our website and will be effective immediately.
